Friendsgiving Dinner '2024
I’m sharing the tasty dishes I made for Friendsgiving last year! Creamy burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil, Maple glazed & whipped feta carrots, low sugar chocolate strawberries etc...✨
Last year for Friendsgiving, I decided to serve up a spread that was not only mouthwatering but also nutritious. I’m all about keeping the flavors rich while making sure the dishes are lighter and healthier without compromising on taste! Here's what I made:
First, I made creamy burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil, a simple yet indulgent starter. The creamy burrata paired so well with the juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh basil—a perfect bite to kick off the feast!
Next up, I made maple glazed & whipped feta carrots. The sweet maple glaze and tangy whipped feta made these carrots irresistible! They were roasted to perfection, and they added just the right balance of sweetness and savory goodness. 🥕
For dessert, I couldn’t resist making low sugar chocolate strawberries. A light, sweet treat that felt like a little indulgence without all the guilt. They were a hit! 🍓🍫
My bestie and I also whipped up some low-fat creamy mashed potatoes—because no Friendsgiving is complete without them! These were rich, creamy, and so satisfying, yet much lighter than the traditional version.
And of course, we couldn’t forget a main dish. Bestie made a low-fat creamy grilled chicken, which was packed with flavor and super tender. Paired with garlic roasted asparagus, this combo was a healthy yet delicious way to round out the meal!

It was so worth it to make these dishes—they tasted amazing! Not only did I feel good about serving healthier options, but my friends loved everything. It felt great to have a spread that was both satisfying and nourishing.
If you’re looking for some wholesome yet delicious dishes for your next holiday gathering, I highly recommend these! It’s the perfect balance of health, flavor, and fun. 💛
